Job Description
- Hiring fresher’s for Assistant branch manager for our branches.
- Selected candidates will be offered with 3lakhs CTC package.
- Candidates need to undergo one year training (4month class room training and 8 month internship and on job training).
- Cost of the program is 1.10L + GST (Company helps you to get the Loan or financial assistance).
- Candidates who are planning to do PG course, can avail this opportunity to do a course with assured job in hand for 3 lakhs will placed with in your Home state. Locations: Ananthapur, Kadapa, Tadipatri, Kurnool Districts
- Achieve monthly targets for recruitment & activation of Agents 2. Achieve monthly targets for GWP 3. Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis). 4. Must be in a position to manage Advisors in the absence of the Branch manager. Needs to handle Agents Complaints & check policies before logging. 5. Will be responsible for branch walk-ins and reconciliations in the bank. 6. Will have to liaise with the respective teams at HO to ensure smooth functioning of the branch. 7. Must be in a position to manage disputes arising during branch walk-ins. 8. Responsible for Documents preparation for intermediary code. 9. Responsible for MIS reports for the branch 10. Qualifications
