At MRF, the design process begins with the client. Marketing compiles client feedback and provides it to Corporate Technical The OE customer provides MRF’s R&D and Product Development Division with any vehicle-specific needs. The 300 engineers and scientists on the MRF team are what give the company its considerable expertise in product design. After receiving the requirements, a team gets to work transforming the customer’s input into a Design Concept.
Before a design leaves the drawing board, MRF leverages cutting-edge technology for predictive testing and design validation. The time to market for new designs has greatly decreased as a result of these developments.
Our NABL-accredited laboratories evaluate and approve cutting-edge raw materials.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manpower handling and allocation.
- Planning and coordinating daily shop floor activities.
Required Candidate profile
- A B.Sc. degree or a diploma in mechanical, automotive, or electrical engineering should be the highest level of education.
- Experience range: 0 to 6 years (for B.Sc. ), 2 to 6 years (Diploma).
- not older than 27 years old.
- Score overall: 60% or above.
- willing to perform night shifts and rotating shifts.
- Willing to relocate to Gujarat (Dahej).
