Education Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience (in years): 0-3 years

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure production process adherence to established procedures and directives
• Be sure to add raw materials in accordance with the batch’s needs.
• Complete necessary transactions and maintain records in SAP.
• Regularly update environmental and quality records
• Inform superiors of the status of the Plan/Production details and any Section-specific difficulties.
• Schedule shift operations in consideration of labor, equipment, batches, etc.
• Assign operators to each shift and make sure that batch charge and processing follow the planning timeline.
• Make that all in-process inspections are performed in accordance with the process requirements.
• At the end of the shift, complete the shift report and update the efficiency records for each operator.
• Record any equipment failures in SAP.
• Take a sectional round each day.
• Plan for the availability of consumables; raise requisition for consumables from stores to monitor the stock levels in the section.
• Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.
