Job description

We are now looking for a mechanical design engineer to join our equipment engineering team in Vadodara, India. We deliver state-of-the-art material-processing equipment and optimized processes and in his role, you will perform engineering work for Minerals processing equipment delivery projects.

As Design Engineer (Mechanical) you will:

  • Participate in Mechanical engineering work in Equipment delivery projects.
  • Individually or as a team member perform daily engineering work such as CAD modeling, production of manufacturing drawings, simple technical calculations, and component selection for equipment.
  • Perform configuration of components and product structures and items in PDM.
  • Participate in and support sales and product management tasks.
  • Co-operate with Internal and external customers and manufacturers.

To Succeed, you will need:

  • A degree in technical education Mechanical (B.Eng.)
  • Strong engineering background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment engineering.
  • Understand engineering tools: 2D, 3D (Inventor, SolidWorks), SAP, EDM & PDM (preferably Enovia).
  • Project Oriented working methods
  • Capability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
