Position description:

1. Adherence to the daily Production plan
2. Effective Manpower utilization to achieve the daily production target
3. Ensure material availability online
4. Highlighting concerns related to Material/manpower/machine
5. To achieve the Quality and Quantity of Production of the line
6. To minimize rework/rejection on line
7. Guide / operate machines online when required
8. To do Minor machine breakdown/sets as per plan
9. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
10. Ensure PPE usage by line operators
11. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection, etc
12. To do Kaizens to improve productivity
13. To educate/train/guide operators wrt the safety/quality requirements of the line
14. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities
15. Any other duty entrusted by your seniors

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan, ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality
