Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Build, operate, assess, look into, and provide remedies/countermeasures for the entire vehicle Thermal 3D CFD simulations under the hood
- Interact with technical teams that are scattered globally.
- Responsibilized for the allocated task’s quality and completion deadlines
- project planning, implementation, and delivery of outcomes evaluation
- Ensure that all applicable rules, laws, and compliance requirements are followed.
A candidate should
- have a solid grasp of the principles of heat transfer and fluid dynamics
- possess expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD using commercially available tools)
- possess great communication abilities (oral, written, and visual)
Added advantage
- thorough knowledge of experimental or theoretical fluid dynamics
- thorough knowledge of numerical optimization methods
Preferred
- competent in Star-CCM+
- Scripting expertise
- working knowledge of automobile systems
- basic knowledge of German
Education and Experience Requirements
- Mechanical engineering B.Tech. or thermal engineering M.Tech (preferable)
Years of experience: 1-3
