Overview:

In this role the Lead Engineer-Stress will be actively involved in the structural analysis and qualification of Nacelle Product Components

Position: Lead Engineer (P1)

Primary Responsibilities:

Working as a cohesive team, you are in charge of doing structural analysis on aircraft parts, assemblies, and systems.
Load calculations, static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage-tolerance analysis, and vibration analysis are all included in structural analysis.
Analyze the structural integrity of aircraft parts using the finite element approach and traditional hand calculations.
Create records to document analysis findings and provide certification

Basic Qualifications:

Mechanical or aerospace engineering degree (bachelor’s or master’s)
two to five years of relevant experience
knowledge of structural analysis of different airframe structures, both metallic and composite
having knowledge of static and fatigue analysis
a thorough knowledge of engineering principles, including material characteristics, free-body diagrams, loads, and analysis techniques.
Utilization of FEM software, such as PATRAN/NASTRAN and Hyperworks
The applicant exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Having effective written and vocal communication skills will help you work with many stakeholders.
