Job Description: Quality planning in PP/MIB cooperation
Job Description: The person will take full responsibility for carrying out an assembly line’s quality process planning, which includes determining the general assembly sequence for a module or group number.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Definition of the Product & Process Safety (Control Plans) components for the method definition is part of the quality process planning utilizing digital technologies.
- Making incoming, in-process, and departing quality standard operating templates
- Verification of assembly papers both on and off-site is necessary for the efficient application of quality controls.
- preparing line-side and end-of-line audit templates, papers, and soft tools for quality planning.
- interpreting new standards releases and ensuring that they are incorporated into existing procedures.
- Make sure that the projects in the function area follow QMS and project management best practices.
Technical & Software skills:
- It would be ideal to have knowledge of Design for Manufacturability and practical experience in a manufacturing setting.
- It meets the criteria and functional needs to understand the vehicle dimension gap.
- Pro-Plan or a comparable planning simulator program
– NX – Siemens PLM Software (formerly Unigraphics) or similar PLM software.
- Digital manufacturing software like DELMIA Process Engineers (DPE).
- Visualization tool with great performance for digital mockups, such as Team Center or Vis Mockup.
- Windows Office
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering / Industrial engineering / Production engineering
Work Experience: 3-5 years in the relevant profile
Language Skills: English Language Read/Writing proficiency is a must, and German Language proficiency will be an added advantage
Soft skills: Good Communication & Presentation Skills. Confident and able to participate is group discussions
Travel: Up to 20-25% of travel in a year
