Job Title: Supervisor
Job Role: Responsible for procurement of tools, tool holders, wear part, consumables necessary for machining
Reporting To: Department head
Educational Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical)
Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): Auto cad knowledge
Work Experience (Years): 2 to 7 years

Job Responsibilities

1. Procurement of tools and other items as per schedule.
2. Can do troubleshooting tool-related problems.
3. Do analysis for issue related to tool, consumable an provide solution 
4. Apply 3 R activity for cost reduction 
5. Prepare monthly reports for consumption and take countermeasures.
6. Continual improvement to reduce cost.
7. Store management with robust checks in place for real-time inventory status.

Competencies / Skills

1. Understand tool geometry, drawings
2. Experience to resolve tool related problems
3. have experience on cost reduction activity
4. Knowledge of 3 R activity 
5. Experience on basic auto cad knowledge
