Maruti Suzuki India Limited, India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, invites applications for hiring of Engineers graduated from 2022 batch with an industry experience of 12 to 22 months (post B.E./B. Tech or M.E./M. Tech) as on date of Application.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Business Growth Aspects

  • Supporting workshops in improvements of business parameters like Periodic Maintenance, Load growth, etc.
  • Assisting dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing service/sales ratio.
  • Analysis of workshop data and trend monitoring for customer retention and implementing new service strategies in the territory.

B. Technical Aspects

  • Handling critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory
  • Managing technical campaigns and recalls
  • Escalation of product feedback at Head office
  • Improving customer experience by implementation of SAS in workshops
  • Assisting dealerships in reducing system and process related inefficiencies

INTERACTIONS

Internal Clients

-Service HO departments like Workshop Process System Development, Service Marketing etc.

External Clients

-Entire workshop manpower including Top management.

-Customers

Job Location : Pan India based on the business need/requirement

Selection Process

  1. Profile Shortlisting
  2. Online Test (Technical, Aptitude & Psychometric) #
  3. Personal Interview (Technical + HR)
  4. Offer
  5. Medical Test
  6. Joining

#Test will be conducted online & details regarding the same will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through separate e-mail. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Work Experience*:12 to 22 months (as on Application) post-B.Tech/M.Tech
  • Degree: B.Tech / M.Tech (Regular / Full-time only)
  • Passing Year:2022 only
  • Branches: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, ECE and Mechatronics
  • Marks %age: 65% or equivalent CGPA (6.5/10) throughout, 10th, 12th or Diploma, B.E /B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (as applicable) – No rounding off marks is allowed
  • College/Universities: AICTE/UGC recognized
  • Age: 21-27 years (as on April 1, 2024)

*Work experience in the Automobile/Manufacturing Sector or other service-related roles will be preferred.

Note: Selection will be strictly based on Merit and the above-mentioned eligibility criteria. No applications will be considered in any circumstances if found not to meet the above criteria.

The following would not be eligible

  • Part-time/correspondence qualification
  • Candidates with job changes will not be considered
  • Candidates with no experience/Fresher/Currently Unemployed
  • Candidate with Color blindness
  • Candidate having BMI outside the range of 18 to 30
  • Candidates working with MSIL vendors/Dealers/JV/Group Companies
