Education:
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma from CIPET/Tool & Die maker from DITE(TRTC), CITD, CTTC etc.
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engg.
- Level: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Die Development for Sheet Metal Parts – Transfer & Tandem press line:
- Die design validation
- Die development – Project management from the design stage to commissioning stage
- Inspection of dies at various stages
- Trials & proving of dies
Competencies / Skills
- Basic knowledge of UG NX
- Understanding of Die Trials, Die Modification, Die Repair & Panel Proving
- Part Quality maturation
- Basic knowledge of Yield improvement techniques
