Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
- Leading the SQD Offices for Supplier Evaluation during Selection through Supplier Upgradation activities.
- Accountable for all Mass Manufacturing Capacity approval at Suppliers as per Project Timelines to ensure Flawless launch.
- Ensure alignment of SQD Officers with Delivery team and Facilitate Development Engineers in Capacity Planning, Cycle Time, and TAKT Time Implementation.
- Building Supplier Capability for ensuring Smooth ramp-up and achieving Target PPM set by Customer.
- Develop competency of Supplier Personnel for Problem solving.
- Develop Supplier Training Charter and Operator Training programme.
- Work on Improvement of Supplier Layout.
- Develop Quality Systems at Supplier to Ensure Daily Work Management Practices.
Specific desirable Skillsets:
- Working knowledge of major quality tools like 7QC, DOE, FMEA, QC Story.
- System knowledge of APQP, MPPAP.
- Good Problem-solving Skills.
- Should have Analytical skill and Process auditing skill.
- Sound knowledge on Capacity Planning, Cycle time and TAKT time concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Audit and related activities.
- End to end knowledge of New Product Development process related to Automobile industry
- Exposure to Practices like Dexterity, Lean manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of ISO/TS system.
- Should be a Certified Lead / Internal Auditor.
- Good knowledge of Ms-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel
- Have fluency in Report writing.
- Self-driven and result oriented, Quick learner
- Good at Interface working and extrovert.
- Certified SIX Sigma GREEN belt.
- Good Working Knowledge on SPC and MSA.
- Good working Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices application.

- Should be able to create integrated project plans & schedules, project budget in partnership with various teams
- Should be able to identify project risks and mitigation plan
- Ensures adherence to Gate Reviews. Ensures Best Practices & Lessons Learned are captured and properly disseminated
- Tracks program performance and Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manage a set of dealerships to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
- Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
- Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships.
- Facilitate / coach the dealers and his staff for implementation various systems like MSS, Panchatantra etc.
- Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction.
- Execution of events like local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
- Train the dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
- Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
- Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
- Liasioning with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.
Experience
- Engineering graduate with about 4 to 8 years in tractor sales or allied industries with rural customer interface experience
