  • Responsible for material handling, resource management, budget control and cost management and apply its relevance to the project.Coordinate with RandD and Quality team for new requirements, design validation and also with Manufacturing shop for understanding new tool design requirement.Check feasibility for any engineering change using tools like AutoCAD, Catia and give budget and cost estimates with timelines.Make improvements in process and product and production cost to ensure delivery times are met while improving the product quality.Designing of spot welding fixtures,checking fixtures, gauges, LCA and material handling systems.Maintain contact with external vendors and tool manufacturers and incorporate changes suggested by them with appropriate approvals for FTG finalization.Prepare line balancing and plan manpower

  6. Risk analysis and mitigation, Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made.
  7. Ensuring satisfied communication among project CFT to deliver.

  9. Preparation and approval of Scope of the programs and monitoring Scope changes.
