Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Doing the MOST – Time Study of Machining / Assly Operations & Calculating the Time required for the Activities.
- Preparing Guidelines, Activity Elements & Factory Files for various stages across Production Areas as per Timelines.
- Manpower Calculation for various levels of Production across various Areas in the Plant with the help of MOST.
- Capturing, Working out & Implementing Capacity Improvement, work content Reduction & Productivity Improvement Projects across Plant areas.
- Focussing on optimizing Indirect Manpower (including Contractual Manpower) in plants.
- Preparing VSM for various areas & planning & Implementation various Improvements identified from VSM.
- Monitoring & Improving various IEE Parameters like – Man Hrs/ Eq. Tractor, Design EWT, Direct & Indirect Ratio….
- Implementation of Projects for Ergonomics Improvements across Plant activities.

Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engg.; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
