Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  1. Doing the MOST – Time Study of Machining / Assly Operations & Calculating the Time required for the Activities.
  2. Preparing Guidelines, Activity Elements & Factory Files for various stages across Production Areas as per Timelines.
  3. Manpower Calculation for various levels of Production across various Areas in the Plant with the help of MOST.
  4. Capturing, Working out & Implementing Capacity Improvement, work content Reduction & Productivity Improvement Projects across Plant areas.
  5. Focussing on optimizing Indirect Manpower (including Contractual Manpower) in plants.
  6. Preparing VSM for various areas & planning & Implementation various Improvements identified from VSM.
  7. Monitoring & Improving various IEE Parameters like – Man Hrs/ Eq. Tractor, Design EWT, Direct & Indirect Ratio….
  8. Implementation of Projects for Ergonomics Improvements across Plant activities.

Education Qualification
  • Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engg.; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
