Job description

1. Head all digital operations for the domestic Farm Division Business of M&M
2. Take ownership of all projects of Farm Division and manage end to end project execution
3. Own the budget for Digital Projects for Farm Division, lead budgeting activity for the department and meet budgets while executing projects
4. Create & Deploy business specific technology roadmap in line with business priorities
5. Drive key business transformation projects
6. Engage with business units, delivery partners, vendors and delivery team to identify areas of opportunities and design innovative solutions
7. Vendor management and project delivery through vendors.
8. Develop and lead a team of solution architects and technical architects & process experts, business analysts.
9. Relationship management with key stakeholders including business heads and technology delivery teams and vendor partners
10. Drive change management at local business units for deployment of new gen technology stacks
11. Lead discussions and decisons on Make V/S Buy

Qualifications – BE (Mechanical or Computer Sciences) – Essential + MBA (Essential)
Experience – 15+ years of IT industry experience
