Position – Assistant Manager Validation

Job description
- Testing of inverter systems, electrical machines and operating supporting auxiliary test systems and test facility equipment
- Create DVP Test cases with respect to DFMEA and Automotive standards
- Handling of Dyno, Power Analyzer, Motor, and MCU Tests.
- Create automated test Bench for Motor and MCU Test execution.
- Knowledge on Motors – Induction Motor, IPM Motor, PMSM, and BLDC
- Handling of validation tools, NI, Vector Labview, Matlab
- Configuration of data acquisition systems to measure temperature, voltage, current, electrical and mechanical power, speed, torque, vibration, pressure, and others
- Post-processing test data and generating test reports
Functional Competency
- Good knowledge of Matlab and Simulink.
- Knowledge of CAN, Vector Tools(CANALYZER, CANOE, etc.,)
- Thorough knowledge in Automotive Standards
- Knowledge in testing and component validation process of Motor, MCU, and Powertrain systems.
- Knowledge in quality tools and EV component level understanding
Position – Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
- Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Lead, manage, and coordinate communication and interfaces with the customer at all levels.
- Manage accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Position – Sr Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible for Proto Build activities in emerging technology areas of EVs & next generation Technologies to demonstrate the Company’s capability as Pioneers in EV Manufacturers:
- Lead & manage Build and Prototyping acitvities for Electric vehicle prototype build / Concept Mules, Aggregate builds as per concept design & Functional (Drivetrain, Motor , MCU, OBC, DC-DC, Smart Charger , battery pack etc)
- Delivery of Protoypes as per Product development phase to internal and external customer for A, B & C(VP) samples.
- Support in specification Formulation for New concepts / Mules & Platform Vehicles at both Vehicle and System level.
- Benchmarking/ Reverse Engineering, Data Analysis & Publication of the the various new technologies for effective implementation
- Testing of Mule & Proto As End of Line requirements for vehicle level performance & aggregrates levels to meet the specification, functionality requirement and proving the concept design.
- Identification of Risks and ensure proper Risk mitigations in place for all the Key and Critical risks.
- Inhouse Proto Component & part development , manufacturing as per drawing and as per requirement of new concepts; selection and identification of vendors for Proto part components & procurements.
- Prepare Build plan and DCP (PFC, PFMEA, Control plan, SOP) documents for planned build , participate in CFT Support activities like DFMEA, DFA, Design Review…..
- Establishment of Build quality Process , Development of Build /assembly and EOL facilities for comprehensive in house state-of-art prototype shop to build Prototypes of various design alternatives of the electric vehicles
- Development of requisite competency for each member of entire Proto Team
- Capex & Revenue budget planning.

- Experience at least 10 to 18 years experience in Prototype/ Engineering Build & Manufacturing with 3-5 years at Senior level position.
- Industry Preferred – OEM – Automotive vehicle / Aggregate manufactures
