Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Preparing Master Project Plan, List of related system level & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan & time plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.
- Gateway tracking – Prepare / work out activitiy charts with dependent activities and work out efficient path, identify critical path, critical activity and resources.
- Review Mechanism – Manage reviews at CFT, Management and Senior management level.
- Monitor and Track budget , cost, quality and delivery of the project and escalate the discrepancies to the superiors with probable solutions.
- Concerns resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholder.
- Risk analysis and mitigation, Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made.

- Product Knowledge for Construction equipment, trends in the industry, innovations to ensure reliable and sound electrical systems based on application requirements
- Ensure creation and adaptation of various electronics systems in the vehicle like (GPRS, Telematics, Multi-mode operation, communication strategy between man and machine, vehicle to vehicle and with in-vehicle) for differentiated product value proposition based on an understanding of customer needs.
- Development of electrical parts like lamps, wiring harness, temps, cluster, etc. with latest technology and integration at the vehicle level
- To keep updated with the latest development of EES systems and incorporate the same on vehicles.
- To design & develop diagnostic & prognostic tools & strategy
- To work with interfacing areas like EMS, ABS, telematics & develop an approach for development for Construction Vehicles
