Job description

• Business Unit/Division – Mahindra Heavy Engine Ltd.
• Reports To – Department Head/ Quality Manager
• Daily job description for MQA Assembly Line
• Daily Process & Product audit on Engine Assembly Line& Testing .
• SPC & MSA (Statistical Process Control) measures to achieve Quality target.
• DWM Monitoring
• Daily analysis for in-house rejection & RTV (Return to vendor) rejection through QCRT aproach (PPM)
• Daily audit for CTQ parameters & Z stage.
• Kaizen related to quality and adherence of 5’S and standardize work in shop floor’
• Attending & solving of Assembly & Parts problems for achieving the Quality targets through 7-QC tools & QC story.
• Layout inspection for machining parts.
• Problem Solving through QC Story Approch on Assembly & testing Concerns
• Adharance to LQOS , APQP requrements
• Deeply involvement in the document updation like that PFMEA, Control Plan,PFC.
• Working on Zero Defects for assembly & Testing Process
• Knowladge on Engine Testing Parameters
• Lead QCRT
• Adharance to ISO- TS , IATF, MQS Excellence,TMW
• Handling of man power for shift allotment, IR issue etc.
• Basic DOE Skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience – 4 years to 7 years
• Industry Preferred Automobile / Auto Components
• Bachelor Degree In Mechanical / Automobile/Production
• MS- Office, SAP, Anies
• Additional Skills
• English language skills
• Basic skills
• Project management skills
• Process management skills
• Must be having leadership qualities
• Must know problem-solving techniques
• Must be a very good communicator both written / oral (English)
• Must be good in computer literacy
