Job description

Creation of Manufacturing SAP BOM as per R&D Inputs and supplies conditions.
Ensure the completion of costing before to schedule the vehicle by co-ordinating and resolving the issues with concern agency.
Updation of required model data of scheduling, Sequencing and Build sheet data to MES.
Physical verification of the SAP BOM for its correctness.
Static build of new variant (as per requirement) for BOM correctness before productionised the model.
Timely updating of the Engineering changes to Manufacturing SAP BOM as per implementation.
Month wise analysis of forceful movement (261/262) and take require actions to reduce the forceful values.
Ensure no vehicle declaration pending due to BOM Error.
Drive ‘Part-Process Matrix’ concept to shop floor.
Implementation of MBOM system through TcUA.
Initiate and implement the Process Improvements on shop floor.
Initiate and implement the cost savings and standardization proposals.
