Job description

Conduct Technical Training for Mahindra Products
Policy & Product requirements to be kept in focus as main pivotal factors during the training delivery & deploying suitable Training Content, methods & Aids accordingly.
Training Delivery as per the Role requirement for Dealership personnel
Auto Basics : Automobile systems
How things work : Knowledge of features & functions, what it can do & what it cannot do
Troubleshootng : understaand customer complaint and its linkage to a feature, mental diagnosis as to what could be wrong/reason
Diagnosis : Ability to interlink different controllers & its impact on other system parameters
Repair : Mechnaical Repair Skills, search for documents, follow repair manuals/SOPs, use correct tool
The Training Content should be suitable to different types of Training Delivery viz. Class Room Training, E-Learning, Webinar, Self-Learning, etc. The data or resource for the material needs to be gathered from different specific sources & should be represented as per the requirements mentioned above
