Job description
- Daily job description for MQA Assembly Line
- Daily Process & Product audit on Engine Assembly Line& Testing .
- SPC & MSA (Statistical Process Control) measures to achieve Quality target.
- Daily analysis for in-house rejection & RTV (Return to vendor) rejection through QCRT aproach (PPM)
- Daily audit for CTQ parameters & Z stage.
- Kaizen related to quality and adherence of 5’S and standardize work in shop floor’
- Attending & solving of Assembly & Parts problems for achieving the Quality targets through 7-QC tools & QC story.
- Layout inspection for machining parts.
- Problem Solving through QC Story Approch on Assembly & testing Concerns
- Adharance to LQOS , APQP requrements
- Deeply involvement in the document updation like that PFMEA, Control Plan,PFC.
- Working on Zero Defects for assembly & Testing Process
- Knowladge on Engine Testing Parameters
- Lead QCRT
- Adharance to ISO- TS , IATF, MQS Excellence,TMW
- Handling of man power for shift allotment, IR issue etc.
- Basic DOE Skills
Qualification – Bachelor Degree In Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production
