Position – Service Advisor

Job description
- Promptly acknowledging the customer on arrival.
- Prepare job cards with customer needs clearly written with symptoms and occurring conditions.
- Take inventory of the car mentioning the details on the job card.
- Provide a realistic time and cost estimate for the work to be carried on the job card.
- Checking the serviced vehicle for quality of work.
- Authorizing rework or additional work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Authorization of bill for the collection of payment from the customer.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction CSI by following all processes and norms.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / ITI
- Age Group – Above 22 years.
- Experience – Relevant experience in the Auto service sector – More than 5 years

Job description
- Responsible for the revenue generation of the workshop.
- Timely completion of work and keeping the productivity/efficiency of the workshop high.
- Quality of Work: Ensure FTR (First Time Right) in the workshop.
- Ensure facility upkeep and availability of all tools and equipment.
- CSI: Improvement, or any other customer satisfaction related scores.
- Initiate housekeeping, safety, and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive work environment.
- Ensuring a good work environment & engaged workforce by activities & celebrations.
- Train manpower and hire contract workers as and when required.
- Maintain workshop equipment ineffective and safe working conditions.
- Daily MIS updating.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to a dealership.
- Familiarity with Multibrand vehicles (Mahindra, TATA, Maruti, Hyundai).
- Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function, and location of parts).
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service, and general repairs.
- Technically competent with the ability to train others.
- High integrity and professionalism.
