Education – B.tech/Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Experience – 2- 5 years　

Specific skills & knowledge :        

1. Knowledge of service-related processes & guidelines
2. Relevant technical knowledge (in industries like engineering/Electrical(AC-DC) Knowledge for managing the BEV operating machines for UG/Surface).

Skills:

1. Commercial aspects of the contract
2. Working Knowledge in the Reliability department.

Responsibilities

• Perform all service tasks assigned and ensure all service to the customer/company is completed efficiently and on time.
• Proactive Maintenance: – Monitoring all equipment data, internal/ external analytical reports, and advocating actions through analysis of error log /system alerts, oil samples, walk around inspection.
• Projection / Pre-order for all parts required to perform repair.
• Ensure proper operation for  site vehicle
• Responsible for troubleshooting, use of testing & diagnostics equipment, disassembly/assembly, repair of the equipment & minimizing breakdown.
• Maintain proper job documentation (as Service Report) relating to breakdown, parts supplies etc., and ensure all the records kept are eligible or in compliance with established procedures.
• Make sure all repair jobs are completed with the cause of failures identified and match to the solution necessary to affect a repair job & also to make a record of it.
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve Maintenance Quality and reliability of the Equipment.
• Actively participating in site Audits and closing of observations with in given time frame.
• Marinating the Equipment safety audits and Closer reports.
• Maintaining the workplace place Healthy Environment through a collaborative spirit with in the site team.
