Project Role: Mechanical Engineering Practitioner
Project Role Description: Design, analyze, and build structures, machines, devices, systems, and mechanical processes. Generate, build, and test functional prototypes to validate feasibility. Identify opportunities for technological innovation.
Must have skills: PLM Bills of Materials (BOM)
Good to have skills: Automotives, Automotive Engineering, Team Center, BoM
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification: BE OR B TECH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Summary:

As a Mechanical Engineering Practitioner, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and building structures, machines, devices, systems, and mechanical processes. Your typical day will involve working with PLM Bills of Materials (BOM) and identifying opportunities for technological innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Min 3 years experience in Automotive On-Highway or Off-Highway Segment
• Create, Modify, Finalize, Revise, and Release EE Component hardware 2D Drawings, 3D Models and specifications into the company system following the corporate drafting and release standards.
• Support revisions and final releases of all components and variants through ECR/ECO process a.
• Utilize Librarian/2D Drwg/TcAE/ECR/ECO for harness components.
• Process Requests via Polarion.
• Create Capital database attributes, symbols, and models for each new request a. Create a 3D model and 2D drawing for each new request.
• Release new part in EC and TcAE for each new request.
• Release new database no less than once per Month. Tools, Facilities, and Standards
• Experience in tools: Polarion, Creo, Engineering Central, iView, Team Center-Automotive Environment, Capital
• Ability to learn, follow, and track to Company drawing standards, Release and BoM procedures (including Capital Specific Standards), and others.
• Release Hardware/Software according to Tractor standards – English Proficient – This position is based at Greater Noida
