As Engineer – Production your purpose will be:

Manufacturing of switchgear (RMU) – various types of products.
Monitoring of the shop floor assembly activities as per the customer requirement / Specification to complete the assembly.
Identification & monitoring of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency)
To monitor the Daily/weekly/monthly manpower as per production plan.
Review with the operators feedback & corrective actions.
Monitoring & conducting systems parameters of quality & safety as per target.

Key Accountabilities:

Daily production Planning for final assembly, measured by Daily/weekly/Month plan
Daily Monitoring of plan Vs. Actual, measured by Production Efficiency
Daily / weekly/ monthly monitoring of manpower required & output, measure by Manpower Efficiency
Preparing & Monitoring of daily report, measured by Daily/weekly/monthly report
Monitoring of in-process defects /rejection, measured by Production /efficiency loss
Training of new contract operator – ongoing, measure by Record / defect monitoring
Monitoring for the quality & safety systems parameters (as per target) – measured by Record/Monitoring data

The position is responsible to:

To achieve the daily/weekly/monthly target. (manufacturing & Dispatches)
Monitoring & actions on KPI (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Daily reporting of the targets & corrective action plans.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
Minimum 2+ years for BE & 4+ years for DME working experience in similar industry.
Self-driven individual with business acumen.
Skill manpower handling – white collar & blue collar.
Knowledge of ERP/Equi. System- report in system/production declaration processing in the system.
Experience in Production planning & execution at large industry.
