Job Description

• Strong knowledge of CREO 4.0 and above along with sheet metal part modeling, drawing, weldment, and piping module. Skeleton Modelling is also preferred.
• Good knowledge of Piping, cabling, Manufacturing processes, welding, casting, and sheet metal.
• Good to have a Mechanical system design.
• Expected basic knowledge of any PLM and PDM (wind-chill) software.
• Good knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stake-up.
• Good in BOM creation and release process.
• Good in creating medium to large assembly drawings using Creo.
• Good knowledge of machine manufacturing from sales orders received to dispatch
• Good to have Hydraulic system design, component selection, and circuit understanding.

Skills :

• Knowledge of design and development processes with practical experience
• Working experience in the Construction and Mining domain is preferred.
• Experience in engineering principles including but not limited to Mechanical systems, Structures.
• Knowledge of basic engineering standards for drawing practice, dimensioning and tolerancing, welding practice, etc.
• Experience in DFMEA and New product development. Knowledge of the manufacturing process of sheet metal, weldment, and Casting (Preferred).
• Should have strong 2D-3D visualization
• Knowledge of drawings like part detail drawings, Installation Drawings (assembly drawings), weldment drawings, harness drawings, schematic hydraulic and electric both.
