Position – IE Engineer

Job description

1. Set Standard working hour and staff quota, as the basis for improvement of factory efficiency and cost evaluation;
2. Planning plant layout, optimizing logistics, increasing the utilization rate of space, optimizing pipeline logistics, arranging the assembly line reasonably and exerting maximum efficiency;
3. Action study (MOD method), improve operation mode and line balance, improve operation efficiency, reduce material scrape;
4. Standardized analysis and research(operation analysis, process analysis ), Determine the standardization process, and improvement management efficiency;
5. Manufacturing cost analysis, reducing scrap cost and manufacturing cost;

Required Candidate profile

• Must have good English communication skill,
• Experience from Mobile / Mobile Charger & LED lights manufacturing industry,
• This profile only for male candidate

Education

• BTech/ BE in Electronics/Telecommunication, Production/Industrial, Mechanical
