Key Responsibilities:

3D MEP Modeling: Develop detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Collaboration: Work with engineers, architects, and other professionals for model accuracy.
Model Updates: Modify models based on revised plans & specifications.
2D Drawing Extraction: Generate detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
Clash Detection & Coordination: Run clash detection reports to ensure project coordination.
BIM Library Maintenance: Create and update BIM families.
BIM Standards: Contribute to enhancing BIM best practices within the company.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks
Strong understanding of MEP systems & BIM integration
Good communication & teamwork skills
