Job description
- Set Standard working hour and staff quota, as the basis for improvement of factory efficiency and cost evaluation;
- Planning plant layout, optimizing logistics, increasing the utilization rate of space, optimizing pipeline logistics, arranging the assembly line reasonably and exerting maximum efficiency;
- Action study (MOD method), improve operation mode and line balance, improve operation efficiency, reduce material scrape;
- Standardized analysis and research(operation analysis, process analysis ), Determine the standardization process, and improvement management efficiency;
- Manufacturing cost analysis, reducing scrap cost and manufacturing cost;
Required Candidate profile
- Must have good English communication skill,
- Experience from Mobile / Mobile Charger & LED lights manufacturing industry,
