Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance and support of variant documentation system (K0S) mainly for type series HGC and HGM
- Plan and support generation of new variant documentation system of new type series (HGI) and additional variants (HGCe or HGBf)
- Preparation, start and follow-up of master data process for all ring section type series for works 1160 (Frankenthal)
- Preparation and modification of customer order related pump part lists
- Maintenance and support of production configurator in works 1160 for all ring section type series
- Provide support for data base modification of configurators (mainly E-Offert)
- Support pump documentation of ring section type series (such as type series booklet, supplementary booklet, OIM, risk analysis)
- Provision of support for development projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (UG-NX is preferred)
- Proficiency of MS Office ;MS Excel
- Sound technical knowledge
- Good understanding of design and development of pump
Behavioral Skills:
- Conscientious and reliable functioning

Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspection of the components machined at Machine Shop and Subcontractor.
- Responsible for inspection of Welded Parts/Development/First Setting part.
- Responsible for Stamping identification process on parts and Stamp Transfer.
- Prepare test reports and support the Customers for Inspection/Testing witness activity.
- Record the defects and Post the Production Orders in SAP.
- Conduct NDE examinations for PT, MT and VT as per the procedure.
- Process audits at Machine Shop and Fabrication Shop.
- Accountable for taking corrective actions over the identified process areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of In-process Inspection and Final Inspection
- Knowledge of Handling Measuring Instruments
- Knowledge of Engineering Material and Applicable Standards
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Fabrication , Casting and Machining Process
- NDE level – II in VT, PT, MT, UT, RT for Welding Inspection
Educational Background
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry
