Job Description

We are now looking for Diploma Trainee who is passionate about working with our Crane Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for services and maintenance at the site location.

Your key role:

1. Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
2. The Trainee accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
3. The Trainee cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
4. Record faults/exceptions using the Risk & Recommendation method,
5. Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
6. Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record the next steps.
7. Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

Location: Anywhere in India

Competencies and skills we expect for this role:

1. Good written and verbal communication in English or any other language is a plus
2. Ability to work in teams
3. Knowledge of MS Office
4. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

We are now looking for a Planner who is passionate about working in Planning Department.  In this role, you will be responsible for generating service requests and assigning technicians.

Your key role:

• Review new agreements. Verify customer assets, associated service products & material requirements to be delivered.
• Plan the execution of existing agreements, review Job costs such as Labour, Material & other expenses and ensure the estimated profitability, apply agreed increases, and issue notifications.
• Run the Agreement due for renewal report weekly, notify branch management of agreements needing a more in-depth review on scope and price during renewal.
• Arrange sub-contractor services and equipment.
• Trigger the need for requisitions / purchase through Branch Admin.
• Generate service requests and assign Technicians.
• Review Charge lines of completed work before sending for invoicing.
• Handle planned activities like Retrofits, planned repairs, etc.
• Handle on-call activities.
• Define material requirements for both Planned & On call.

Qualification: B.E Mechanical or Electrical, Electronics

Experience: 1 – 3 years
