- Commodity , Currency , Conversion Inflation Forecast and Management
- Identification & new source development on a/ c of Multi sourcing / Alternate Sourcing / Global Sourcing / Rationalization/ Risk Management
- Cost improvement (Cost reduction beyond inflation)
- MIS, Management review
