Job description

Knowledge

• Practical experience with Teamcenter, MS Office, and Technomatic Process Simulate
• Practical understanding of material handling systems, equipment, and GA Shop procedures.
• Basic understanding of PLM Methodology, Structures, and Manufacturing Interface.
• A solid grasp of the DFMEA-PFMEA, GVDP, GLP, and Quality Chain.
• Solid understanding of project management techniques.
• Thorough familiarity with Six sigma, Red X, and OpEx tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of workplace safety measures and GM-GMS principles.

Skills

• Has experience delivering outcomes using a variety of interfaces.
• Basic data analysis and research to apply potential for process improvement
• Effective writing and vocal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic coding abilities for business intelligence and process automation software (C/C++, Java, VB script, Python, Power BI, etc.)

Abilities

• Assist multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in achieving organizational objectives.
• Manage several assignments at once.
• A strong sense of ownership over the final product and a strong work ethic.
• High integrity, ambiguity management skills, and initiative/self-direction.
• Educational Background
  • A bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical, production, or automotive engineering.
