Roles and Responsibilities
- Raise enquiry for the Indented spares
- Discuss with the customer about the lead time
- Preparation of Comparative Chart on the recd. offers
- Finalization of order after selection of vendor
- Arrangement of the material within agreed lead time
- Keep the track of pending PR and PO
- Closing of unused PO
Desired Candidate Profile
- Issue schedule to the stock Items supplier
- Co-ordination for the delivery of the material as per Plan
- Float enquiry for the Job work Indent
- After comparison release the work order in consultation with customer
- Replying to Audit queries
