Description:
- Review the project specs, then create a list of deviations.
- Clarify any questions you have about the technical requirements by calling the sales office or LBP.
- relief valves are sized and chosen using the proprietary PRV2SIZE programme.
- For urgent application solutions or clarifications on client specs, contact WA manufacturing as needed.
- Create reports and drawings, prepare technical and commercial quotes, and record technical variances.
- Utilizing SAP, create costs for the valves and determine the gross margin for the entire project.
- When necessary, collaborate with the WA Procurement team to reduce product costs.
- Support customer project changes and represent Stafford manufacturing at kickoff and technical bid evaluation meetings
- After the PO has been issued, assist the sales office, and set up the fcw file for order entry.
- Provide technical support for BOM /factory clarifications and assist with change orders Maintain records of all work done.
Requirement :
- Mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering degree as a prerequisite
- the capacity to coordinate with various project stakeholders
- basic understanding of valves and their mechanisms
- the capacity to understand problems and deliver technically sound and timely solutions
