Position – Factory Planning – FSD Engineer

Job description
- Preparation of Preliminary concept layouts for Factory and site development as per the factory planning process
- Development of various scenarios and layouts are worked out in accordance with cost.
- Production buildings, logistics, and traffic areas
- Administration and social areas
- Supporting secondary and functional areas
- Creation of 2D layouts & 3D building models in CAD tools for scenarios discussion.
- Planning of Traffic conception and corporate mobility, etc.,
- Define work packages and project structure.
- Knowledge of urban planning and legal requirements, etc.
- Generate requirements per work package (current analysis and projection)
- Project order has to be created on schedule and it has to be aligned with all the required parties.
- Presentation of results/decision (usually based on 2-3 overall scenarios)
Degree and qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering
- Number of Years of Experience: 3- 8 years
- Experience in site journal from the Automotive industry with a very good understanding of factory and site development, general extension plan, function allocation plan, and time course of the area occupancy.
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is added advantage.
