Job description
- Operational (Frequency: Monthly/Fortnightly)
- Demand Planning
- Create SKU level demand plan and dispatch requirement basis historical sales and inventory norms
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure timely completion of activities and inclusion of all inputs
- Refine forecasting models updated through month on month data analysis
- Refine inventory norms basis set parameters
- Create ready views of sales history and other inputs for quick reference
- MIS and reporting
- Create forecast accuracy dashboard for supply chain and sales team 8Conduct root cause analysis for under/over forecast items and collaborate with sales teams to resolve them
- Create and present S&OP material for the supply chain team and own demand planning metrics
- Manage master data in supply chain for products, customers, locations, pricing and system data
Education & Qualification
- Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Management)
- Business (Focus on supply chain, operations and/or statistics)
- 3-8 years of work experience in supply chain function, with a focus on demand planning and forecasting or as a supply chain analyst
