Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, project focused Gradute trainee Engineer to work with a highly diversified and globally connected team.

Be part of competitive production team that serves our customers needs. Increase the foundation of a solid production through development, optimization (Process Development) and Stable Machines

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following

SC Projects : RDE projects, Participate in and make production foundation new product projects,, CAPEX, Run equipment investment projects (planning and management), Various production related projects/ foundation (according to Project milestones)

Continues Improvement : Problem solving, from customer complaint, Improve manufacturing process Quality, COPQ (internal (Scrap, Changes, Sorting etc.) & external), production related Cost , VC and OVC cost down activities, Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE)”

Production development and support

• Equipment support, Support to shop floor / production ( Bom (bill of materials), IT, Tools, Machine tools drawings, spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance plan)
• Supplier contact regarding technical issues (parts and machines)
• Running TIP activities and follow up.

Global support: Participate global gate keeper task and join relevant Global Gate keeper roles and tasks & Support and build network cross factories.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical Major.
• Able to be proactive throughout to deliver results and take ownership.
• Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization (shop floor to management).
• Familiar with basic hand tools, sensors, vision, and other common assembly operation equipment and components.
• Good communication skills.
