Position- Engineer – CAD/PDM ( Third Party Role)

Danfoss is looking to hire a professional junior CAD engineer to support the drawings for the cooling segment.
You will be responsible for:
Conceptualization, detail design, design documentation, design calculations, CAD modelling, Prototyping, Verification, and Validation of completely new product development/sustaining projects
Background & Skills
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent minimum of 5-6 years of industrial experience in design and development and has participated in the full product design cycle.
- In-depth understanding of feature-based parametric modeling/assembly modeling, with hands-on experience using CAD packages (Pro E Creo, Windchill & AutoCAD, etc)
- Hands-on Experience and proven knowledge of handling PDM/PLM with SAP for Sheetmetal assemblies/system design dockets.
- Experience in Sheetmetal/ Copper tubes manufacturing processes like Fabrication, Punching, Bending & Welding
- Experience in design documentation to comply with ISO and European standards.
- Hands-on Experience & Knowledge in SAP-driven Product design management & change control management.
- Exposure to global quality & regulatory standards Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork, coordination with remote locations globally.
- Experience GD&T / Tolerance stacking
- Pro E Creo, Windchill PDM – Proficient
- SAP Application (Documentation/Change control) – Proficient
- PLM, AutoCAD – Basic
