Job Description

Title – Simulation Engineer

Job Description

• 3+ years of experience in simulation domain (preferably using FlexSim software )
• General understanding of material flow system, weld and assembly process with multiple operators
• Sound understanding of essential KPIs- Throughput, Efficiency, Utilization, Logs etc using dashboards
• Ability to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend alternate practical solutions.
• Analytical skills to study, wrangle and extract relevant information from unorganized data structure
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand the organization’s working standard within the first month

Qualifications – Graduate in Mechanical, Production Engineering from an affiliated institute.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain streamline communication with the client; understand requirements and complete the task within the allocated time
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Handle organizational non-project related activities along with ongoing project(s)
• Active participant in extra-curricular activities

Desirable:

• Familiar with Process Flow, Experimenter, Statistics collector and Calculated tables in FlexSim
• Shop floor experience with some basic industrial standard knowledge
• Knowledge of VBA, Python, R (any one)
• PowerBi for analysis and visualization
• Self-learner
• Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines
• Flexible with working hours
