Job Description

• Coordination among departments in CIL and Corporate for Promoting Lean – activities in CIL.
• Facilitating CXS-Cross Audits and Supporting Area Managers for Gaps fullfillment.
• Training of Team members for Lean Activities .
• Coordination for Potential Improvement Workshops.
• Coordination with department heads for identify Projects for improving CXS Indicators achievement .

Qualifications

• Drive and boost the CXS- Lean working methodology in CIL.
• Lean Principles understanding & implementation experience.
• Coordination & Training Skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Functional knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Working with SAP
• Education – BTech/ BE/ ME/ Mtech in Agriculture, Automobile, Production/Industrial, Mechanical
