Position Title: Asst Manager – Tyre Test Centre
Department: Quality Assurance

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
To improve customer experience by Implementing & improving end-to-end Quality Assurance Systems in plant, and meeting customer requirements sustainably, by developing, producing, and delivering consistent products by involving all.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Enhancing predictive quality of end-to-end system-RM, Improvement in Product & Processes Quality.
- Industrialization of new product and process changes for better product, Process & service
- Improvement in Product & Processes Quality
- Explore, identify, and implement future customer requirements from new OEMs and international markets through project quality and NPD roadmap.
- Adherence to Safety process in QA
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adherence to Country specific testing requirements
- (BIS/GSO/In Metro/SNI/ECE)
- Adherence to BIS size certification timeline
- Renewal of Plant validity certificates before expiring
- Cut Tyre Analysis
- Adherence to tire OEM testing requirements
- Adherence to IMS requirements
- Operational Definitions
- To adhere to the Product Testing as per internal and external standards which are done as per planned testing frequency and this surveillance testing is required to verify the conformity of the product.
- Time taken since successful Indoor Testing as per IS 15627:2005 to BIS Approval for CEAT Nagpur SKUs
- Adherence to the timeline of Plant License validity renewal as per plant requirement cut tire analysis & MIS.
- To adhere to the Product Testing as per OEM Manual requirement
- Adherence to IMS requirements
Education and Experience Required
Education:
- Graduate in Mechanical
Experience:
- B. Tech 3+ years in TTC
