Role

As the PE- TM / Line In Charge – Engine Plant you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to Section Head – Engine Plant.Your role will be to manage the production line target as per business plan through the optimum utilization of resources, inorder to effective operations and achieve the targets in line with define PQCDMS (productivity, quality, cost,
delivery, morale and safety

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. To Achieve Production Target With Optimum Manpower & Resources.
2. To Ensure Product Quality within the target quality parameters.
3. Safe Work Environment with approach of Zero accident.
4. Ensure Customer Satisfaction
5. People (Subordinate Development)
6. Implementation of TPM initiatives.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Mechanical diploma/degree in the engineering field.

• 5 years of experience in an automobile manufacturing plant

1. Process knowledge of IC engines
2. Knowledge about Problem solving skill
3. Knowledge about pressing
4. Knowledge about tighetung skills
5. Line balancing skills
