Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee – ELP, you will be working closely with HVAC product qualification and will take part in various project initiatives that drive value for the company. This role focuses on mechanical engineering, allowing you to apply and grow your expertise in HVAC systems, product design, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of air-conditioning systems, vapor compression cycles, and their applications across Residential, Refrigeration, and Commercial products.
- Design enclosures using sheet metal and plastics in CREO.
- Learn to utilize mechanical analysis tools like Ansys and MSC.
- Familiarize with HVAC product qualification standards.
- Perform linear stress and vibration analysis and interpret results.
- Conduct basic flow analysis for HVAC parts and assemblies, analyzing outcomes.
- Participate in product teardowns and workshops to enhance product understanding.
- Contribute to product innovation by working on ideas generated from benchmarking and teardowns.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7.5 CGPA.
- Strong foundation in Strength of Materials, Design of Machine Elements, Thermodynamics, and Fluid Mechanics.
- Basic experience in CAD and CAE tools is required.
