Job Description

• Engineering series support to production for hydraulic vane pump
• Localization of components for vane pump
• Changes and creation of part list, BOM and material master in SAP
• 3D models and drawings creation under CREO
• Support verification and testing of proto vane pump
• Implementation of engineering document change request with ECR

Qualifications

• B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience from Hydraulics industries

Required skill sets / expertise:

• Know-how of hydraulic vane pump.
• Software expertise: CREO – Modelling, assembly, drawing of machined parts.
• Experience in design of machined components & knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
• Experience in material selection on various components as per functional requirement
• Knowledge of FMEA, GD&T and tolerance analysis
• Good Communication and collaboration skills

Will be considered as advantage having exposure of:

• Know-how of hydraulic valves and components
• Structural FEM knowledge
• SAP and PDM knowledge
• Casting design
