Tasks
- Technical evaluation of design changes
- planning of experiments on the production line (DoE)
- Problem-solving of quality deviations in customer projects, production, and field
- Development support of ramp-up activities of manufacturing lines
- technical consulting of plant teams, international development network
- Project support of development activities on existing platforms: RPP, material changes
Qualifications
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Ceramic engineering, or a similar field
Additional Information
- Design knowledge
- Material expertise (especially in ceramic)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (ceramic); hands-on experience preferred
- Tolerance calculations
- DoE experience
- DfR, DRBFM preferred
- Self-motivation for technical deep dive
