Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer to take care of maintenance of the TMT plant-Rolling Mill.
- Hands-on experience with printing, production, and fabrication machines. Looking after all plant maintenance activities and doing. maintenance
- Your key result areas would be linked to running a smooth and well oiled Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) controlling and improving MTBF and MTTR through predictive maintenance and troubleshooting skills, maintenance of proper engineering stores inventory within reasonable limits, reducing the cost of poor quality, working actively for substitution of OEM spares and developing a TPM culture in the organization.
- Focus on lighting loads which are the bottom 20% of the pile and coming under the useful many projects to be taken up later after covering the vital few projects which account for 80% of consumption in the first phase.
- The implementation of special maintenance and control of technical results;
- C1) To prepare the draft PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE ( PMS) for the entire plant-based on an assessment of the current conditions of the plant vessels, equipment, drives, and devices, the current usable inventory of spares and consumables, recommended good maintenance practices.
Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
