Position – Officer I QA

Job description
Key Points:- Quality Compliance, People development, Customer Complaint handling, Problem solving, Inspection & Testing, Microbiology
- Generating pending list of activities for that shift.
- Verifying availability of samples for performing Quality tests and prioritize samples for testing according to critical requirements.
- Receiving the samples along with necessary documents Plant Materials department
- Checking the descriptions on the sample as well as on the documents given
- Conducting specified tests of prioritized materials as per the specifications and taking usage decision (UD) accordingly
- Making appropriate arrangements for the preservation of Rejected materials for specified period
- Conducting tests for the re-assessment of samples and sending reassessment report to Plant materials team
- Ensuring that the equipment being used are calibrated and in good working conditioni) Doing sampling of packing materials as per the sampling plan
- Testing the packing materials as per the required specifications
- Conducting periodic visits to the shop floor to sort out online problems if any
- Ensuring that master samples for packing materials are maintained properly
- Ensuring that the dimensions of tokens and labels conform to the required specifications
- Ensuring regular update of data in respective documented information
- Ensuring the proper implementation of 5S activities in the QA lab
- Ensure unsafe act and unsafe conditions are reported
- Ensure safe work practices and environment friendly operations
- Implement good manufacturing practices and manufacturing excellence initiatives
- Conducting analysis and approval of various raw materials with respect to microbiological properties
- Preparing panels with the help of LQC chemists for finished products
Minimum Education – DIPLOMA IN ENGG., DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENG
Experience – 1.00 to 3.00 years
Job description
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of machines and other equipment in all user departments through preventive maintenance measures, taking quick and efficient corrective action in case of machine breakdowns, allotting work to operators depending on shift requirements, ensuring proper adherence to Annual Maintenance contracts.
Minimum Education – B. Tech Mechanical, B.Tech, BE
Experience – 2.00 to 4.00 years
