Position – EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION

Description:

Education Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience (in years): 0-3 years

Ensure production process adherence to established procedures and directives
Be sure to add raw materials in accordance with the batch’s needs.
Complete necessary transactions and maintain records in SAP.
Regularly update environmental and quality records
Inform superiors of the status of the Plan/Production details and any Section-specific difficulties.
Schedule shift operations in consideration of labor, equipment, batches, etc.
Assign operators to each shift and make sure that batch charge and processing follow the planning timeline.
Make that all in-process inspections are performed in accordance with the process requirements.
At the end of the shift, complete the shift report and update the efficiency records for each operator.
Record any equipment failures in SAP.
Take a sectional round each day.
Plan for the availability of consumables; raise requisition for consumables from stores to monitor the stock levels in the section.
Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.
